INQUIRIES, SAMPLING, ORDER PROCEDURE

 to be submitted with technical drawings (preferably in CAD or PDF format) and, if possible, samples. 

 sent within 2 - 3 days based on requested delivery terms (FOB, CIF, Door-to-Door Duties Paid). 

 - within about 14 days
- only in combination with purchase order
- samples free of charge up to US$ 30.00 value
- sample shipment at customer's expense 

 will only be released for mass production after receipt of customer's sample approval. 

 60 days after shipment date (for credit-approved customers) 

OEM Parts Express, Inc. guarantees for each produced part and will replace any defective part due to machining or casting defects.

Our customers have the possibility to track all stages of their orders through emails weekly update upon request.
